You rearch San Felipe via highway 5.  When you get to San Felipe, you are greated by it's arches.  See below picture.

Continue straight ahead through this circle and about 3/4 of a mile further, you run into a second circle.  Here you take the first exit to your right.  The road (Mar Caribe) your are on now, is the road to San Felipe's airport.  This road travels South.

Two miles from the second circle (you will pass a PemEx gas station on the way) you will go by San Felipe's marina.  You cannot miss it.  Continue another 2.5 miles past the marina and you will be at Casa del Sol's sub division (Club Cortez).

This is just before you reach the pink huge arches on the ocean side of the road.  If you missed those, you will notice the road turns right at about a 90 degree angle taking you to the airport.  You need to turn back.

Assuming you did not pass Club Cortez's entrance (right before the pink arches), turn left to enter Club Cortez, and once in, do not take the turn (left) towards the club house, but stay on the road going to the beach.  At the very next Y-junction stay on the left.  Casa del Sol is at the bottom.

The house is thus approximately 5 miles south of the town of San Felipe.
