Casa Del Sol is a brand new beachfront fractional ownership home in beautiful San Felipe Mexico!  Located in a private community with its own pool and clubhouse upon completion of the subdivision development.  It has a total of just under 8,000 square foot; approximately 4,000 sq. ft of spacious living, over 2,800 sq. feet of terrace and patio and a 900 sq. feet garage.  It even features a built-in independent apartment.  Five star resort style furnishings and all the amenities you could dream off.  All of this in the center of paradise. *** Try Before You Buy ***

If you would like to try the home before you decide, you can rent its built-in apartment starting at $150 a night plus a $50 cleaning fee.  If in the end you decide to buy-in, up to 7 days of your stay will be reimbursed.  The aparment has a king and two twin beds. When you occupy the apartment, you have full access to the top terrace and if no one is in the rest of the house at the time, you also have the bottom terrace to your full disposal. But if that is not enough and you want to bring a big family along, please contact us for renting the rest of the house.  For our contact information, please click here.
