International Airport
Casa Del Sol’s gated subdivision, Club Cortez, is approximately 3 miles northeast of the San Felipe airport
and about 8 miles south of the town of San Felipe.
Expansion of Hwy
The expansion of the Mexicali-San Felipe highway has been approved and the highway will be increased from
two to four lanes within the next two years. The drive to San Felipe is very scenic with large sand
dunes, painted mountains and numerous mirages.
Terrain
San Felipe has exceptionally beautiful white sandy beaches and is surrounded by breathtaking mountain
ranges. From the top of Casa Del Sol you will enjoy priceless 360 degree views of San
Felipe. To the West you will see the magnificent mountain ranges and to the East the pristine
ocean. At night you will be in awe of the city lights and lighthouse to the North and the clear
majestic night sky will offer the finest star gazing opportunities.
